We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice of cancellation to ensure the salon runs efficiently, and as a simple courtesy to your stylists and other clients. We reserve the right to charge a fee for cancellation at short notice and no-shows. We also reserve the right to cancel appointments that have not been confirmed by SMS, phone or email.
In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your colour service, please let us know at the time of your service or within the next 24 hours and we will endeavour to meet your colour expectations with a follow-up appointment. We are however, unable to perform further services if another colour or treatment has been applied to your hair, by yourself or another salon, in the period between your first service and follow-up appointment.
We cannot take responsibility if you have simply changed your mind or are unhappy about the type of service that you chose at the time of your consultation.
We welcome constructive feedback, but do not offer refunds for any colour services performed in the salon.
Group Bookings and substantial services
You may be asked for a deposit when booking services that require significant amounts of staff time and/or resources. This includes group bookings (e.g. wedding parties) and time-intensive services such as hair extensions, chemical straightening or perms.
Gift vouchers are non-transferable or redeemable for cash and are valid for 6 months from the purchase date. Please call the salon if you have any questions about your voucher.
